The Publishing Process

The process of turning a manuscript into a completed book takes time. The following is provided just to give you an idea of how it all comes together. Please keep in mind this is just a brief overview.

1) Manuscript accepted.

2) Publishing Contract issued.

3) Publishing schedule established editing, page layout, cover design.

4) Marketing schedule established advertising copy, catalog design & layout, space  advertisements.
 
5) Book is printed.

6) Distribution of the book.

7) Estimated time from contract to printed book is 12 to 24 months.
