Interactive studies are not available for download immediately upon purchase. Please allow five business days for validation and availability for download. Upon payment approval, your material will be available for download for a period of 14 days. To download, log in to your account using the user name and password you set up. In My Account, scroll down if necessary and select File Downloads. On the next screen, you will see the title of the product you ordered and its download expiration date. When you click on the product title, the file will then download to your computer. After the download is complete, log out of your account.
